Surface Preparation - Clay bar treatment to remove bonded contaminants - IPA wipe-down to ensure a clean, oil-free surface 4. Single-Stage Polish - Enhance gloss and prep paint for bonding (minimal correction to preserve factory finish) - IPA Wipe-Down, Remove all polish residues and oils for maximum ceramic coating adhesion 5. Ceramic Coating Application - 5 year ceramic coating applied - UV protectant for exterior plastics and vinyl 6. Interior Protection Included - Vacuum & wipe-down - UV-resistant ceramic coating on seats, carpets, and interior trim. Upto 12 months durability
Cancellation Policy
📅 Detaileur: Booking & Cancellation Policy ✅ Bookings Book via phone, message, or online. A deposit is required for all services (e.g., coatings, paint correction) and will be arranged during booking. Confirmation is sent via SMS/email. 🔁 Cancellations & Reschedules A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the quoted service value. This fee also applies to no-shows. Any deposit paid will be credited towards this fee. 🚘 Mobile Service Please ensure the vehicle is accessible with a clear workspace, water, and power. . You are responsible for arranging any gated access prior to our arrival. 🚗 Vehicle Condition Additional charges (from $120) apply for conditions requiring extra time, like excessive pet hair, sand, or mould. All extra charges will be agreed upon before work begins. We may reschedule if the vehicle's condition is too severe. Full removal of all stains or defects is not guaranteed. 🌧️ Weather Mobile appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather (heavy rain, high winds). Service can proceed if a covered area like a garage or carport is available; please inform us when you book. 💳 Payment Full payment is due upon completion. We accept EFTPOS, cash, bank transfer, and digital wallets. Invoices are available on request. 🛡️ Liability & Satisfaction Please inspect your vehicle upon completion and report any concerns within 24 hours. We are fully insured but not liable for pre-existing damage or the failure of aged components (e.g., peeling clear coat, worn plastics, prior electronic issues). Booking confirms acceptance of these risks. 📍 Service Area We service Lockyer Valley, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba, and surrounding areas. Travel is included within the listed areas. Fees for locations beyond this will be quoted at the time of booking.
